Brief:

Clear illegally dumped waste from private land in Egham, Surrey, leaving the area clean and useable.

What we did:

Our client's land had been breached by travellers and the extensive collection of waste had been left following eviction. Prior to beginning the clearance, we visited the site to fully plan the most cost-efficient and timely approach to ensuring the client's land was completely clear, clean and functional.

We began by separating each different type of material to ensure it would be correctly recycled and, throughout the job, we continually checked for hazardous materials, which would require our team's expert handling. We used a specialist grab machine and a variety of different sized vehicles to remove all the rubbish.

In total, we cleared 300 tonnes of illegally-dumped waste from the site within 72 hours and we sent 98% of it to recycling centres. Once the rubbish had been cleared, we used industrial jet-washing equipment to leave the area clean and tidy.
